[US10:25] Bible Study and Concert News

Hey US!

I hope that you are doing well.  A couple of quick announcements before the
weekend of fun related to our Sunday night.

This week, we will not be having our usual 7:30 p.m. Bible Study on Sunday
night.  Instead we'll be attending the free concert in the sanctuary.  The
group is Connersvine, the band of Indianapolis Colts punter Hunter Smith.
The concert begins at 7:00 p.m., with doors opening at 6:15.  There will
also be an autograph session immediately following the concert.  This
promises to be a great event for an up-and-coming Christian band starting to
get national airplay.  For those that attend the concert, I'm sure there
will be some time to gather together afterwards.  Bible study will resume
next weekend.

On another note, those of you that are members of Covenant will have
received in the mail a letter and response card from Wabash Valley
Presbytery.  Please be sure to keep this!  You will be required to fill this
out and return it to help us complete the process of leaving the
denomination.  Session will be giving specific instructions on Sunday during
announcements, so you can wait to return this until receiving more
information.  You may also call the church (463-7303) for more details.

I look forward to seeing many of you at mini golf, church, the concert, or
all three!
